Registration information

² Student rate applies to those registered for a higher degree. Student registrations must be accompanied by a signed letter from your head of department attesting to student status

Registration fees include :

• Access to symposium oral sessions and posters
• Symposium materials including a programme booklet and access to the abstracts
• Typical good french lunch and refreshments as detailed in the symposium programme
• Cheese, Wine and Bread party
• Any additional inclusions in delegate bag

Gala Dinner (not included in the registration fees)

Join us for the optional conference dinner on Wednesday 30 May. The tickets cost 69 €  per person and include a dinner cruise atypical of 2h30 where the castles are brought to light.

Cancellation information

Substitutions may be made at any time but please advise customer services of a change of name. If you find it necessary to cancel the registration completely, please notify customer services immediately. Provided written notice is received by 11 April 2018, a full refund will be given less a 10% administration charge. Provided written notice is received by 25 April 2016, a 50% refund will be given. It is regretted for registrations cancelled after 25 April 2018, or for no-shows at the conference, the full fee (100% cancellation charges) will be payable.

• Credit card (Visa/Eurocard/MasterCard): directly at the end of your registration

• Bank transfer: Bank charges have to be paid by the participant

• Bon de commande (for French institutions): The purchase order must be sent before April 25, 2018 (it will not be accepted after this date). It must be established to “Université de Nantes”
